Coaching services are designed for educational and personal/professional development purposes. Coaching does not replace therapy, medical care, legal, tax, or financial advice. Please consult the appropriate licensed professional for those needs.

Results will vary from person to person. K Group does not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, promotions, or other results from coaching. Your progress depends on your own effort, follow‑through, and circumstances.

All sales are subject to the refund policy below. To reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled or missed with less notice may be forfeited and/or charged in full.

All program materials, worksheets, and resources are for your personal use only and remain K Group intellectual property. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce them without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, K Group is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from your participation in coaching or use of any materials provided. Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable law

Refund Policy

Except where required by law, all purchases are non‑refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund or credit requests on an individual basis. Any accommodation we choose to make is voluntary and does not create an obligation to issue refunds or credits in the future, even under similar circumstances.
