Kyle Duncan is a culture and leadership development coach with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations strengthen leaders, align culture, and build high-performing teams. He has led enterprise training and development initiatives across healthcare, energy, and service organizations, designing programs that improve performance, accountability, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Kyle specializes in leadership development, culture transformation, and strategic learning design. He partners with executives and emerging leaders to clarify expectations, strengthen coaching capability, and build practical leadership habits that drive measurable results. His approach blends proven development frameworks, data-driven evaluation, and real-world operational experience to ensure that growth is both practical and sustainable.
Throughout his career, Kyle has built and led large-scale onboarding, employee development, and leadership programs serving thousands of employees. He has guided culture and change initiatives, authored mission and values frameworks, and coached leaders to close performance gaps and strengthen team ownership and accountability. His work consistently connects leadership behavior to organizational mission, customer experience, and long-term impact.
Kyle holds a Master of Education in Adult & Continuing Education and a Bachelor of Business Administration. In addition to his professional roles, he serves as an Educational Director and leadership instructor, developing leaders and facilitating growth programs for hundreds of participants each year. He also contributes to the learning and development profession through board service with the Association for Talent Development.
